Dates: May 27th – June 11th, 2016
Hours: 8 – 10 hours per day
Internship Description: The Intern will be a featured performer and puppeteer in Mudfoot Theatre’s upcoming production of River: A Puppet Myth. This opportunity focuses on the application of performance and puppetry in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Attend all rehearsals and performances.
- Contribute creative and critical thought to the production.
- Manipulate and handle puppets and masks of various scales and styles.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with live performance.
- A keen interest in devised theatre, performance, puppetry and mask.
- Ability to self-motivate.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude.
