Calgary’s alternative classic performance company – Theatre Encounter – seeks daring performers for its 2016-2017 season.

Participants at this general audition will be considered for roles in the company’s Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 productions, as well as for the company’s Performer Internship Program.

Both productions will call on performers to bring strong physicality and a collaborative creative spirit in an environment of no-holds-barred experimentation. Those with an interest in physical theatre and devised performance are encouraged to apply, as well as interdisciplinary artists with backgrounds in music, dance or performance art.
