The evening will begin with a short panel discussion on Reaching New Audiences, then breakout into table discussions. Guest speakers include:
- Rubén Contreras, El Mundo al Revés Latin American Film Festival
- Rayanne Doucet, Edmonton Poetry Festival
- Ben Gorodetsky, Rapid Fire Theatre/Dirt Buffet Cabaret
- Don Welsh (ID), Hip Hop in the Park Foundation
Edmonton Arts Council Staff and Board members will be hosting the evening so come with your questions or topics for discussion.

Where: Clareview Community Recreation Centre (3804 139 Avenue) in Multipurpose Room 1 (from Entrance #1, walk straight, go downstairs past Booster Juice. Room will be on the left)
Getting there:
- 5 minute walk from Clareview LRT Station (walk towards end of platform towards Parking Lot “Q” + take walking path to Rec Centre), or take the #302 (Evergreen) to 40 Street & 139 Avenue.
- Free parking is available at the Rec Centre parking lot
