What does it means to move from bone? How can we reference the skeletal system to support our dancing? Through gentle warm up and variety of combinations moving in, out and across the floor we will explore our sense of bone. We will play with the spiral, catch and fall – giving attention to how we articulate our joints and place our bones in space in order to enjoy and challenge our ability to suspend, give direction and play off axis.

Recommend long-sleeve layer and comfy pants for potential floor play.
