Edmonton International Street Performers FestivalRecruiting Volunteers for Most Areas – 14 Years and Up!

Volunteer for the 32nd Annual Edmonton International Street Performers Festival, running July 8 – 17, 2016 in Sir Winston Churchill Square. Make friends, have fun, win prizes and gain access to a post-festival party in exchange for a minimum of 20 volunteer hours!

For ten days, StreetFest will transform Edmonton’s Downtown into a roving stage for an international cast of amazing street artists, from jugglers to acrobats, hip hop dancers to fire-breathers, face-painters to magicians.

Volunteer teams looking for recruits include Environment/Site, Raffles, Transportation, “Kids’ World,” Information, Audience Services, and the “Be Your Own Busker” area. Volunteers of all ages (14 years and up) and walks of life are invited to apply. Please note that volunteer hours can be used to fulfill the required junior high and high school IB community service hours, and for high school credits.
