MONOLOGUES: From Image to Impulse
JUNE 3 – 5 / Friday 6:00-9:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm.

This class is specifically designed to make the actor more available and present in the work. By exploring a series of exercises and techniques, which enable the participants to retain the text without visualizing the page, the actor is freed to place his or her concentration and imagination more fully on the given circumstances, and connect more freely emotionally.

SCENES: From Impulse to Action 
JULY 8 – 10 / Friday 6:00-9:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm.

This class continues to raise the actor’s presence in the work. By exploring a series of text retention and listening exercises, which free the participants concentration from the printed page and place it more appropriately on the partner, the external environment, and the inner landscape, the actor is free to listen more acutely and respond with more simplicity and authenticity.
