Show synopsis: All is fair in love? Even murder? That’s the question posed by this light and funny suspense comedy about a love triangle in a Howard Johnson Motor Inn. A three scene love triangle involving a woman, her lover, and her husband. In the first scene the wife and her lover plot to murder the husband. In the second scene the wife and her husband are plotting to murder the lover. The third scene has the husband and the lover plotting to murder the wife – but this attempt, like the others, fails.

Characters:

  • ARLENE MILLER – An attractive woman in her mid-thirties
  • MITCHELL LOVELL – A dentist and Arlene’s lover, in his mid-thirties
  • PAUL MILLER – Arlene’s husband, in his late thirties

Show Run: April 28, 29, 30 May 1 & May 5, 6, 7, 8 & May 12, 13, 14 (for 3 weeks, Thursdays thru Sundays)

Rehearsals: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Audition Dates: February 8 & 9 – 7:00 pm till 10:00 pm, both evenings

Audition/Rehearsal Address: 47 Riel Drive in St. Albert

Auditions will be in 10 minute time slots. When you are emailed your time slot, you will also be emailed a scene selection from the play. Please be familiar (not memorize) with the scene, but also be prepared to cold read other selections. Resumes & head shots are welcome, but not necessary – feel free to email them or bring them with you to your audition.
