Sherard Musical Theatre Association is holding open auditions for our 2015 Production
Prom Night of the Living Dead: A Zombie High School Musical
July 18 and 19th 11 AM-6 PM
at Workshop West Theatre 11516 103 Street Edmonton.
Please note this is an open casting call, no booking is necessary.
Production Dates: October 28-31, 2015 at The Westbury Theatre
Synopsis: Zombies! Music! Teen angst! Something strange and ominous is stalking the halls of John Hughes High. And now, a brain, an athlete, a couple of drama geeks, a few princesses, and a criminal must put aside their differences and save the world, and the prom from a zombie armageddon.
The cast has a variety of lead and ensemble roles for both men and women ages 18-35. Singing and non singing roles available.
Audition Requirements:
Vocal – A pop song from 2010 or newer. Please provide your own background music on CD
Acting- A comedic monologue of your choice, maximum length of 5 minutes. Reading of select
sides from the play.
