A Gripping Story of Betrayal and Passion
In London, 1952, the wealthy Margot Wendice has convinced her professional tennis player husband, Tony, to give up playing to spend more time with her. Although he obliges and their life appears to be a happy one, he soon discovers his wife has had an affair. Tony seeks revenge, and his dear wife’s money, and plots her murder. What follows is a scheme filled with blackmail and murder, but things do not end up quite as planned.
