The Banff Centre is looking for experienced Sound and Staging Technicians

The Banff Centre’s Theatre Arts department provides a carefully integrated system of programs dedicated to training and professional development for artists and technicians at every stage of their careers. The foundation of all activities is the investigation of the contemporary repertoire, and developing and creating new works in drama, dance, opera, music theatre, and interdisciplinary art forms.
We are looking to fill the following positions:
– Theatre Practitioner Level 3 (Staging Technician) must have a minimum of 5 years working as a staging technician within a Theatre or Performing Arts environment – contract date June 8-August 15, 2015 – wage is $23.43/hour
– Theatre Practitioner Level 3 (Sound Technician) must have a minimum of 5 years working as a sound technician within a Theatre or Performing Arts environment – contract date June 15 to August 15 – wage $23.43/hour
– Theatre Practitioner Level 1 (Sound Technician) must have a minimum of 2000 hours working as a sound technician within a Theatre or Performing Arts environment – contract dates June 15 to August 15 – wage $17.46/hour
