News (Alberta): ADFA announces Regional Festival dates and locations

ADFAad_2014FallThe Alberta Drama Festival Association (ADFA) is is an umbrella organization for adult amateur drama activity in the province of Alberta. With ten zones across the province, the ADFA supports theatre in every corner of the province with regional festivals that lead to the annual Provincial One-Act Play Festival. Completely volunteer driven with no paid positions, the ADFA proudly supports fellow citizens in their quest for the stage, and Theatre Alberta is proud to support the ADFA!

ADFA Regional Festivals dates and locations include:

  • Peace Country Region: February 7, 2015: Grande Prairie Live Theatre
  • Yellowhead Region: March 28, 2015: Maclab Centre for the Performing Arts, Leduc (hosted by Leduc Drama Society)
  • Edmonton Region: February 27 & 28, 2015: Théâtre de La Cité francophone, Edmonton
  • Heartland Region: April 11, 2015: Scott Block Theatre, Red Deer
  • Calgary Region: March 27, 28 & 29, 2015: Pumphouse Theatres, Calgary
  • Foothills Region: March 27 & 28, 2015: Memorial Centre, High River
  • Chinook Region: March 13 & 14, 2015: Stendale-Bennet Theatre, Lethbridge (hosted by Playgoers of Lethbridge)
  • Cypress Region: To be announced

Dates and location have not yet been announced for the 2015 Provincial Adult One-Act Festival
