Koru productions are casting Edward Albee’s 2002 Tony Award winning play The Goat or Who is Sylvia? This play is a tragicomedy, which tells the story of a married, middle-aged architect whose life crumbles when his wife discovers his love affair with a goat. Through engaging with the family’s existential crisis the audience is challenged to question the limits of their own tolerance in a way that is outrageously funny and yet profoundly disturbing. The play deals with a range of social taboos including infidelity, homosexuality, pedophilia, incest and bestiality.

Billy (18-25) : Homosexual son of Martin and Stevie who has only recently come out. Billy is bright and mature and conflicted by his father’s double standards.
