We Are All Treaty People! Making Treaty 7 explores the historical significance of the events at Blackfoot Crossing in 1877 – the founding of what is now modern Alberta – while investigating the consequences and implications of Treaty 7, 137 years later. Performed by a cast of 20 First Nations and non-native artists, Making Treaty 7 is a groundbreaking, entertaining and challenging theatrical experience that invites people of all ages and backgrounds to consider an enlightened, sustainable future for everyone – together.
