The Odd-Lot puppetry Co. is seeking a part-time seamstress and costume designer to assist with the construction of their fall production, Albert’s Afraid, Presented by Brendan Boyd with support from the Alberta Foundation for the Arts.

We are looking for a quick thinking, creative individual with an open mind and a good sense of humour.

Responsibilities will include patterning and construction of light weight costuming for puppet characters of various sizes, as well as assisting with the creation of unique disguise/masking and covers for controls, mechanisms and puppeteers.


Must be skilled in sewing, patterning and working with unusual materials.
Background in theatre, doll making or puppet construction an asset.
