Theatre Encounter, Calgary’s experimental theatre company, is seeking dynamic performers for its 2014/2015 season.

Theatre Encounter’s work mixes all art forms, and is based on physical interpretations of the text. As such, actors, dancers, singers and / or musicians are encouraged to apply (although past training in dancing, singing or music is not mandatory). Productions are highly physical, and use varied forms of theatre to visually express the text. The rehearsal period is often in-depth and extended, and there is usually a training period that is prior / part of the process to introduce these variances.
We are also seeking new company members, to be part of an ensemble.
