Evergreen Theatre General Auditions

Evergreen Theatre will hold General Auditions for the 2014/15 Season on Friday May 9 and Saturday May 10, 2014.

Evergreen Theatre is hiring for touring actors and residency artists for our 2014/15 season. Please indicate if you are applying for one or both of these positions in your submission. Touring actors are required to prepare one song and one monologue appropriate to the TYA genre. Residency artists are not required to prepare a song. Experience working with children is an asset.

All applicants must have a valid Alberta Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract. If hired, applicants must be willing to provide a police check. Artists are responsible for finding their own accommodations in Calgary. For all out-of-town tours and residencies, accommodations and meal per-diems are provided.

Applicants should submit a resume, headshot, and cover letter electronically to Valmai Goggin, Artistic Producer.

Evergreen Theatre pay rates are competitive with Equity standards.

2014 Emerge participants are welcome to submit for General Auditions.
