On his 21 birthday, Frederick is freed from his apprenticeship to a merry gang of pirates, until he learns that he is only 5 years old, since he was born Feb 29 in a leap year! All kinds of tomfoolery unfurl as we meet the colourful cast of characters and watch Frederick grapple with the bonds of love and duty. Oh, and Rapture!
