Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance and Administration is a member of the Management Team who will provide leadership in financial aspects of the company’s operations and forward planning, with specific responsibilities that include:
Accounting and Audit Preparation
Finance Committee Liaison
ATP Foundation Liaison
Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements
Detailed Monthly Budget Review with Departmental Managers
Long Range Budget Preparation
Cash Flow Management
Financial Aspects of Government Applications and Reporting
Maintenance of Human Resources Policies and Records
Proactive Lead on Employee Orientation, Professional Development and Exit Processes
