Foreman was a respected performing artist and teacher who specialized in actor training, improvisation, mask creation and theatre for young audiences. She was a professor at the University of Calgary for 25 years.
She was passionate about theatre for young audiences, producing work at Wagonstage Children’s Theatre, and was actively involved with the Calgary International Children’s Festival. She was recognized as a champion of children’s theatre last year when she won the Duval Lang Theatre for Young Audiences Award at The Betty Mitchell Awards.
