Synopsis:
Routes follows fifteen-year-old Tom as he rides his bus in Edmonton. Struggling with problems at home and bullying at school, he has become an expert at being invisible. During this sixty-minute, one-person production, Tom draws connections between the neighbourhood, his family, his school and the recent tragedy of a murder on his bus route.
TOM-15. Shy, chubby and a social outcast. Tom describes stories from his life, reenacting select moments and people. The actor that plays Tom also plays several other characters of varying ages.
