Theatre Alberta, Alberta Playwrights’ Network and The Banff Centre present the 10th Edition of

PlayWorks Ink
featuring special guest Christopher Plummer

For the first time Theatre Alberta and Alberta Playwright’s Network will partner with the Banff Centre to present PlayWorks Ink during the Alberta Culture Days weekend. PlayWorks Ink is a biennial theatre conference with a focus on playwriting, performance creation, performance and technical theatre. PlayWorks Ink brings together the entirety of the Alberta Theatre Community: emerging artists, professionals, teachers, community theatre members and students.

PlayWorks Ink will take place from Friday, September 27- Monday, September 30, 2013 at the Banff Centre in Banff, Alberta.

Registration Costs:

    • Conference only: $350
    • Conference, Shared Accommodation and Meals at the Banff Centre: $559.44
    • Conference, Single Accommodation and Meals at the Banff Centre: $646.86

All prices include a $35 non-refundable processing fee.

Playworks Ink participants will be able to attend a special masterclass/lecture by Oscar Winner Christopher Plummer.

PlayWorks Ink will present a staged reading of the winner of the 2013 Alberta Playwriting Competition.
