No Tomatoes Theatre will be holding auditions for our Fringe 2013 production of “Little Shop of Horrors” June 7 & 8 in Classroom B at the Citadel from 6-10pm.

We are seeking 8 skilled actors with strong singing voices. Creative characterization is a must for this production- this won’t be your average production of Little Shop! Age 18+

We begin rehearsals June 17, 2013. Typical rehearsal schedule will be MWF, 6-10pm, with Sunday afternoons being added as of July 14 (4pm-8pm). Due to cast doubling, you would likely be called for every rehearsal.

Please prepare a song that really highlights your abilities as a vocalist and actor. If you are auditioning for a specific role (or two) please prepare songs from Little Shop for those characters. Specific characters may also be sent sides to prepare for the audition. There are two sets of group warmups/introductions (6pm & 8pm)followed by private individual audition appointments. Each audition slot is 10 minutes and may include a cold read. An accompanist is provided, please bring your music double-sided in a three ring binder in the correct key.

Send an email with your name, preferred group warm up (6 or 8pm) and what role(s) you’d like to audition for to info@notomatoestheatre.com, subject line “Auditions”. You may include a headshot, resume and any time conflicts in your email. Please submit all audition info by June 5th
