News: Citadel Theatre in Edmonton Announces 2013-2014 Season

Citadel Theatre Artistic Director Bob Baker announced the plays of the 2013/2014 season on March 18 at a special season launch in the Club at the Citadel.  The event included live musical performances by The Be Arthurs, Réjean Cournoyer, Susan Gilmour and others.  The 2013/2014 season will once again provide Edmonton with a wide range of live theatre of the absolute highest quality, paired with an exciting mix of Beyond the Stage activities in the Club.  Beginning September 2013, the plays are:

“The Citadel continues to grow in exciting, dynamic ways, opening its doors to new audiences and new experiences,” said Citadel Theatre Artistic Director Bob Baker.  “In addition to our main season of plays, we’ve had overwhelming success with our add-on productions and new Beyond the Stage programming here in the Club, enriching the live theatre experience for all.”

On top of the 2013/2014 season, the Citadel Theatre will continue to provide artist development opportunities through Robbins Academy programming, including the Eldon and Anne Foote Theatre School, the Young Companies, the Citadel/Banff Centre Professional Theatre Program and Play Development.
