Alberta Playwrights’ Network and SkirtsAfire are now accepting submissions for the first annual Peep Show – a tease of new plays that will be presented at the inaugural SkirtsAfire, herArts festival taking place on March 7-10, 2013 in Edmonton.
Submissions must be non-produced pieces written by Edmonton and area women.
Four plays will be chosen to have segments read by a cast of professional actors.
Submission guidelines are as follows:
-a sample of 10 pages of your play must be received via e-mail by February 1, 2013
-please include a cover letter with contact information, playwright biography and a synopsis of the play
-plays must not have been previously produced or published
-no musicals are accepted
