Call for Submissions (Calgary): Design Assistant/Show Operator – Theatre Transit

CALL FOR SUBMISSION:

DESIGN ASSISTANT/SHOW OPERATOR

We are looking for an emerging artist with technical experience who has an interest in being a part of our upcoming production of Coast: A Workshop Production of a New Play by Meg Braem which runs at EPCOR CENTRE’s Motel from February 27th-March 2 2013.

Duties Include:
• Show Operator: Would need to be available for each of the shows as well as the technical and dress rehearsals on February 25th and 26th
• Design Assistant: Helping the designer shop for costumes, props and set materials.
• Load In/Load Out: Would need to be available to help with Load In on February 24 and Load Out on March 2, after the show.

**Please note that the compensation for this position would be an honorarium**
