Straight On ‘Till Morning

PRODUCTION INFO:
We will be doing a workshop of the script before a full mounting of the play. The workshop will take place during January of 2013, and the run of the show will take place later in the Spring.
THE PLAY:
A young woman suffering from memory loss in modern-day France must navigate a haunting, mystical world when she visits a psychic in hopes of finding the cause of her trauma, only to find out that it is so much more. If history repeats itself, so do fairy tales.
Straight On ‘Till Morning is a new play by emerging playwright Camille Pavlenko, whose previous play Permission was the runner-up in the University of Lethbridge’s 2011 Play Right Prize.
ROLES:
Gagnon (F) – A Young woman.
James (M) – A fortune teller.
Lilliana (F) – A prostitute.
Darling (M) – A Canadian.
AUDITIONS:
- Calgary: Sunday, December 9th, 2012
*The audition will consist of a cold read from the script. Sides will be provided to successful applicants.
