General Auditions for Capitol Theatre 2013 season

The Capitol Theatre at Fort Edmonton Park will be booking general auditions for November 9, 12 & 14th between 10-5pm. Auditions will be held at Fort Edmonton Park.

Since opening in August of 2011 the Capitol Theatre has produced a variety of plays, musicals and film screenings. 2013 has a lineup of plays set in the past, “Blue Heaven” by Nick Green, a Vaudeville musical, Ellen Chorley’s “A Fairy Catcher’s Companion”, Stephen Massicotte’s “Mary’s Wedding”, and our own holiday tradition “The Velveteen Rabbit” adapted by Chris Craddock.

We will be casting for at least two of these productions and are always looking for new emerging artists.

Please note – non-equity applications preferred
If we have worked together in the past you can send an updated resume and headshot.

Prepare
– 1 song *not required
– 2 contrasting monologues, post 1800s preferred
