MAN — would prefer an actor who could play wide age range, since he plays many small parts as well as being a part of the overall ensemble. All actors are onstage throughout most of the play.

Where ethnicity is mentioned we would prefer to cast as the playwright instructs, but if strong actors of that ethnicity do not audition, we may cast otherwise and have the actor play that ethnicity or ignore the character’s ethnicity altogether, especially for characters where ethnicity is incidental.
