Keyano Theatre Company seeks a MUSIC DIRECTOR for its original musical entitled HOMETOWN THE MUSICAL.
The show is a collective creation featuring contemporary music from the 80’s and 90’s along with some standard Broadway tunes. The Music Director would be required to be in residence to teach music in Early December 2012 and return in early to mid January 2013 to work on the show itself.
The performances of the show are scheduled for February 15th through 23rd. The Music director will be an integral part of the creation process with the two co-directors and will also have a small army of musicians to work with as well. The individual we are looking for can choose to play the show live or record tracks where necessary. In this scenario the contract could end on opening. If you chose to play we would need you through February 23rd.
