Rae Anne quits her job.

Eric is apprehended by mall security for stealing a pack of gum.

The water ripples outward.

Faye throws her unmentionables out of her car window.

And outward.

Steve tells a lie.

And outward.

An exploration of the ripple effect of human interaction.

Beth Graham is an Edmonton based actor/creator and a graduate of the University of Alberta’s BFA acting program. As a creator, much of her work has been collaborative. Most notably, she collaborated with Daniela Vlaskalic and Charlie Tomlinson on The Drowning Girls (Tarragon Theatre, Citadel Theatre, ATP, MTC Warehouse, Belfry, Persephone). She has just returned from the Banff Playwright’s Colony where she was working on The Gravitational Pull of Bernice Trimble, a play she wrote for the Citadel Playwright’s Unit. Out of the Blue is a play she began years ago and is now revisiting. She has written a few other plays including: A Life in a Day (The Maggie Tree), Flight (Edmonton Fringe), The Dirt On Mo (NeXtfest 2000).
