Here are the names of the winners of the 2012 Provincial Adult One Act Festival hosted by the Alberta Drama Festival Association (ADFA):
Outstanding Production: The Wooden Pear by Gillian Plowman presented by the Dewdney Players Group Theatre, Okotoks
Outstanding Director: The Wooden Pear by Gillian Plowman directed by Florence Maione and Steve Buoninsegni
Outstanding Performance: Used Car for Sale by Lewis John Carlino presented by Castor Little Theatre, Castor – Don Sissions
Outstanding Performance: Maud Gonne Says No to the Poet by Susan Rivers presented by Salley Garden Players, Edmonton – Clare Mullen
A good time was had by all at this festival held at the Bailey Theatre in Camrose on April 13 and 14. Thanks to the organizing committee for a very successful festival. And thanks to Donovan Workun the adjudicator.
