The Minister of Culture has a few questions for the poet Sidney Hoffman, but Sidney has some questions of his own:

Can a poem change the world? Can it bring peace? Can it bring justice?

Dark, humorous and very topical, The Final Word explores two opposing views of human nature and of what an artist means in our society.
