With a $3.8 million budget, 20 dedicated staff and 1400 volunteers, we are a mid-sized organization that serves over half a million people annually through the producing of the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival, the operations and management of the TransAlta Arts Barns and year round theatre presentations and partnerships.

We are looking for a Fund Development Director who matches our values and has a post-secondary education, 5 years of experience in a senior Fund Development role and a passion for the arts. We need someone experienced in developing and managing a comprehensive Fund Development Program with a sound knowledge of the principles and proven methods in sponsorships, annual, monthly and major giving.
If you are as comfortable in a Board room as you are in an audience, love to meet new people, can easily establish rapport and relationship, and have a sharp focus on fund development, please submit a cover letter showcasing how your background will match our needs.
