Morpheus Theatre Presents: Auditioning Workshop with Kelly Reay

SYNOPSIS:
This workshop will focus on developing the skills required to give consistent and honest auditions. Both for people interested (and intimidated!) by the audition process, and those looking to improve their auditioning skills!
INSTRUCTOR BIO:
Kelly has been the Artistic Director of Sage Theatre since 2004, where directing highlights with Sage Theatre include Drinking in America, Blowfish, Trainspotting (Betty Mitchell Award, Outstanding Direction), Hedwig and The Angry Inch, Scorched, Filth, The Blue Room, Girl in the Goldfish Bowl, and Summer of My Amazing Luck. Other recent directing credits include True West (Pangloss Productions),The Woman in Black (Vertigo Theatre), Palace of the End (co-director) and The Dishwashers (Downstage), and The Motel Years (Ghost River Theatre). In addition to his work with Sage Theatre, Kelly worked with numerous Canadian theatre companies including Theatre Calgary, Alberta Theatre Projects, Theatre Network, The Banff Centre, The National Arts Centre, Theatre Junction, and Theatre North West. Upcoming for Kelly will be Super 8 for Lunchbox Theatre.
