INTRODUCTION TO AERIAL SKILLS
This is a 6-week class designed for people who want to try aerial circus training for the first time. Students will be instructed on the trapeze, vertical rope, and aerial silks.
INTRO A • Saturday: September 24th – November 5th – 4:30 – 6:00pm
INTRO B • Saturday: November 12th – December 17th – 4:30 – 6:00pm

New! BEGINNING AERIAL SILKS
This is a new class designed for people who want to focus their aerial training on the silks. Various styles of silks will be used, including a knotted silk or ‘hammock.’ The class is geared towards beginners without any experience or students who have only taken the Introduction to Aerial Skills class.

Contortion & Flexibility
Contortion requires not only flexibility and grace but strength and muscle control. Students will stretch, strengthen, and improve body awareness as well as work on essential balances and poses.
Beginners A • Sunday: September 18th – October 30th – 3:30 – 5:00pm.
Beginners B • Sunday: November 13th – December 18th – 3:30 – 5:00pm.
Bendies A • Wednesday: September 21st – October 26th – 7:45 – 9:15pm
Bendies B • Wednesday: November 8th – December 14th – 7:45 – 9:15pm

New for Saturday mornings!
Take an hour-long flexibility class with former Rhythmic Gymnast Mackenzie Baert.
Emphasis will be on stretching and strengthening your back, shoulders and hamstrings. This class will follow our Saturday morning Aerial Fitness class – it is a perfect combo for the start of your weekend!
Flexibility A • Saturday: September 24th – November 5th 11:00am – noon
Flexibility B • Saturday: November 13th – December 17th 11:00am – noon

Fitness and Conditioning
Build your muscles and strengthen your core abdominals using the trapeze, rope, silks and rings. Core conditioning and strength training on circus equipment is essential for aerialists, as well as a fun and challenging class for anyone interested in a good workout. No experience or initial strength level required, just a willingness to expand your physical capabilities!
