Brenda Robinson tackles issues & presents strategies for volunteer management!

Brenda is a speaker, trainer, writer and consultant with
a passion for working with people. She has addressed
groups for over twenty years on topics related to
communications, positive working skills, humour, laughter
and wellness in general. She has a BA (Major in English)
from Brandon University and a Masters of Education
from Simon Frazer University.

Learn more about the challenges of recruiting and retaining volunteers in our intergenerational communities. Build a strong team of volunteers by including all ages and stages. Working together works!

Communicating for Results
Communication is the key to volunteer management! Clarify & understand communication skills, understand the different styles of communication and learn the power of positive communications to get results.
