RESERVES

To reserve a library item directly from the online catalogue, display the detail screen of that item as shown here. From this screen, click on the link entitled:
Place a Hold on this item
The link is found at the top of the page. You will then see a screen similar to this one.

Fill in the “Requested For” date (put in today's date), and leave “Requested Until” blank. Add your "Client Barcode Number" and your "PIN Number."
After you have entered the information, click the Place Reserve button. You must do this for each item you would like.
Remember that there is a limit of 10 items per membership.
CI items: If the call number of the item starts with CI, and under the title there is a line that starts with "in - (title of the collection)..." it means that the item is part of a larger collection. We would appreciate you ordering the collection itself rather than the collection item. You must bring up the individual entry for the collection and order it as you would a play title. In this way, you can see if the collection is in the library when you are ordering it.
If you have not entered the correct information, you will be prompted to go back and make any required changes or additions to this screen. If your reserve is successful, a booking confirmation screen will be displayed similar to this one.

You can use the buttons at the top of this screen to continue searching the catalogue from this point.
