• Register for Dramaworks by mail, online (www.theatrealberta.com), phone, fax, or in person at Theatre Alberta. Dramaworks registration by mail and online begins April 1, 2008. Phone, fax, and in person registrations will be accepted beginning April 21, 2008.
• Full payment is required with registration. Catered lunches and GST are included in all listed workshop prices. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and cheques (payable to Theatre Alberta), as well as cash and Debit (in person only). Please do not fax credit card numbers; if you wish to fax your registration form, please phone in your credit card number to ensure security.
• Bursaries and billeting assistance may be available for participants based on financial need. Contact Theatre Alberta for more information.
• Theatre Alberta office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
• Space in workshops is limited; please register early to avoid disappointment.
• Important: All Dramaworks participants must be current members of Theatre Alberta through to the final day of the program. If you are not a member, you must include your membership fee with your registration. However, participants who register in two Dramaworks workshops will receive a complimentary oneyear Theatre Alberta membership. Current Group Members of Theatre Alberta may send two individuals to Dramaworks on their membership, provided permission is given by the group’s primary contact.
• All participants will receive confirmation of registration, as well as a detailed workshop and program information package, before the program begins.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participants who wish to withdraw from their workshop(s) should inform Theatre Alberta as soon as possible, as many workshops will have waiting lists. All withdrawal and refund requests must be made in writing to the Dramaworks Registrar. Refunds are subject to a $35 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after June 16, 2008. Registrations are non-transferable.
• Theatre Alberta will cancel workshops with insufficient registration on June 16, 2008. Participants registered in cancelled workshops will receive a full refund, transfer, or credit.
