• You can register for Dramaworks by mail, online, over the phone, by fax, or in person at the Theatre Alberta office. Dramaworks registration by mail and online begins April 2, 2007. Phone, fax, and in-person registrations will be accepted starting April 16, 2007.
• Full payment is required with registration. Catered lunches and GST are included in all listed workshop prices. We accept VISA, MasterCard and cheques (made payable to Theatre Alberta), as well as cash and Interac Direct Payment (in person only). Please do not fax credit card numbers; if you wish to fax your registration form, please phone in your credit card number to ensure security.
• Theatre Alberta office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Please register early to avoid disappointment. Workshops without adequate registration will be cancelled on June 15, 2007, so please register well in advance.
• Important: All Dramaworks participants must be current members of Theatre Alberta through to the final day of the program. If you are not a member, you must include your membership fee with your registration.
• However, participants who register in two Dramaworks workshops will receive a complimentary one-year Theatre Alberta membership. Current Group Members of Theatre Alberta may send two individuals to Dramaworks on their membership, provided permission is given by the group’s primary contact.
• All participants will receive confirmation of registration, as well as a detailed workshop and program information package, before the program begins.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participants who wish to withdraw from their workshop(s) should inform Theatre Alberta as soon as possible, as many workshops will have waiting lists.
• All withdrawal and refund requests must be made in writing to the Dramaworks Registrar.
  Refunds are subject to a $35 administration fee.
  No refunds will be issued after June 18, 2007.
  Registrations are non-transferable.
• Theatre Alberta will cancel workshops with insufficient registration on June 15, 2007.
  Participants registered in cancelled workshops will receive a full refund, a transfer or a credit.
